To help establish NHD as the market leader in contractor management solutions, we need you as a UX Designer to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, collect requirements from Users and Stakeholders and translate them into designs, wireframes, and development-ready, validated mockups.

Desired skills & experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ full-time experience as a UX Designer in a technology company, design agency or other commercial environment
- Extensive understanding of web platforms
- You are familiar with usability principles and techniques and you are skilled in using common UX/UI tools for the various stages of design-wireframing and high fidelity designs, prototyping, and testing, as well as specification and documentation.
- Willingness to explore industry trends in technology and design with the entire development team
- Being a highly organized facilitator who knows how to prepare, analyze, and run a workshop with the clients and the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present concepts, ideas, and insights to the project team and clients
- Familiarity with information architecture and interaction design
- Background in project research and management, and a strong portfolio of design projects
- Have excellent English skills
